Chanie’s Story
For years, I did everything right. I worked as a speech therapist, took care of my kids, supported my husband, and kept the house running. On the outside, my life looked great. But the truth was very different. I was running on empty.
It wasn’t about me. My focus was on being the best wife, mother, and therapist I could be. Even when I was exhausted, I would buckle down and keep going. After giving birth, I went back to work just a few weeks later, taking Advil and pushing through the pain. I told myself that’s what strong women do. Inside, I felt disconnected, numb, and constantly on edge.
In 2020, a friend dragged me to a breathwork class. I went in skeptical. Breathwork wasn’t “my thing.” But something happened in that room. For the first time in years, it felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I could actually feel in my body. I released emotions I didn’t even know I was holding. That single class changed everything. I kept going back. It sounds cliché, but it felt like I was learning how to live again.
Then COVID hit. Like everyone else, my world stopped. My speech therapy work paused, and for the first time in years, I had space to think. I wasn’t looking for a new career, but I realized I wanted to help people in a different way. I began training, leading breathwork workshops, and seeing clients privately. The more I guided others, the more I saw the same patterns I once lived, women who were holding everything together while quietly falling apart inside.
That’s what I do now. I help women who feel like life is moving at a hundred miles a minute learn to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. When we heal our nervous system, everything changes. Our patience deepens. Our relationships improve. And the way we show up for the people we love transforms.
Chaim’s Story
I’ve always been driven. From a young age, I believed success meant never having to worry about money again. Every time I reached a milestone, I told myself, I’ll be happy when I hit the next one.
Eventually, I got there. I was managing healthcare facilities and earning more than I ever imagined. On paper, my life looked perfect. I had the career, the income, the stability. Everything I have always wanted. But when I got there, I didn’t feel complete, that feeling that I was chasing was still not there. I started having panic attacks. I tried therapy, and while it definitely helped, the anxiety kept coming back.
One day, I bumped into an old friend. He looked different… overall he seemed like he was on a different level. When I asked what changed, he told me about a retreat in Costa Rica. I laughed it off at first, it wasn’t for me, but this friend must have been a great negotiator… Because next thing I know, I’m on a plane to Costa Rica to try out a breathwork retreat.
At the retreat, we sat in a breathwork circle. Everyone was sharing their experiences. When it was my turn, I said, “Hi, I’m Chaim, and I think this is BS.” Halfway through the session, I broke down crying. Years of pressure, fear, and emotion came pouring out. It was intense and freeing at the same time.
When I got back home, I expected everything to be different. It wasn’t. That was my first real lesson in healing. Breathwork wasn’t a quick fix. It was a process of learning to feel, listen, and grow. I kept going. Private sessions. Training. Integration. Over time, I felt calmer, more present, and more connected to my family and to myself.
The work we do now is deep. It goes straight to the root of what’s been held inside. By combining breathwork with coaching, I help people take what they experience in a session and turn it into real, lasting change. This work changed my life. Now I help others do the same, not by escaping what they feel, but by learning how to face it and find peace within it.
